Fixed Cost Model: We conduct a study for the client’s requirements, in different Application areas and suggest complete delivery within a certain time Period, within a certain fixed cost, irrespective of number of support resources, or Project Managers or PMP methodologies we apply. This is based on a given Service Level Agreement (SLA) and the client gets the module or asset of functions delivered. We can get into Annual or Adhoc Support for the services rendered, and any enhancements to be done. Technology Areas can be in dot net, Java, Open Source, Data Warehousing, Testing and Migration related areas.

   2. Time and Material Model: Herein we provide skilled resources, which are the best fit to serve the client for a fixed period of time and money.  While the delivery is to be ensured by the client, we, on our side, ensure that the resources are well taken care of, such that we can provide him a certain career roadmap, and business continuity at client place.

   3. Just In Time Model: While this is not practiced on a regular basis, this is done to provide Backfill to regular support, when additional hands are required to fill any structured/unstructured gap in a project.
